BRIDGES and its partners are delighted to announce that applications are now open for the BRIDGES x DATA TERRA training – Mozambique 2026 Edition ! Following the success of previous sessions, this final edition in Mozambique aims to strengthen skills in scientific data management while fostering the sharing of experiences and best practices.

Who is eligible to apply?

This program is intended for:

BRIDGES partners and stakeholders based in Mozambique
Producers, managers, or users of data related to BRIDGES themes (scientists, government agencies, protected marine areas managers, associations, NGOs, etc.)
PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, technicians, engineers, and researchers working on BRIDGES-related topics and based in Mozambique

What’s on the agenda:

Provide training in global best practices related to the research data lifecycle, Open Science, and the FAIR principles
Understand the different stages of the data lifecycle through case studies and learned methods
Concrete tools adapted to local contexts
Support participants based on their specific needs.
